We understand the hesitation that can come with selecting the right contractor. That’s why we offer in-house design as a standalone service — before we start building anything. We’ll take ownership of the entire process from start to finish — offering advice when needed.
The design process:
1. We meet with you.
Before starting any project, we’ll meet to collaborate and listen to your property’s unique requirements during a needs assessment meeting. We will follow a process that allows us to understand your team's vision for your space.
2. Preliminary plans and revision.
Using the information garnered from our needs assessment, we’ll present a 2D design along with a budget figure for the project. Before any decisions are made, you will have the opportunity to review with your team and ask questions. Together we will ensure the space is how you envisioned, making revisions as required.
3. Final plans and approval.
We’ll show you a 3D rendering of the project along with a firm price for the execution of the scope of work. Once all aspects of the design are approved, we will be ready to start construction and your site's transformation.
